Accounting and Finance:
Accounting is responsible for intercompany accounting, reconciliation, and communications; month-end closing entries; and other ad-hoc requirements. This business-critical team is responsible for ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place and adhered to in order to generate accurate financial reports and protect corporate assets.
The trusted members of our Customer Service team have the important responsibility to listen, understand, research solutions, and solve issues to drive positive outcomes for our customers. There are numerous pathways for professional growth within this department and throughout our global company.
Tronex would not be considered a world-class distributor of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without our exceptional International Logistics/Warehousing team. The coordinated expertise of our logistics staff is an ideal example of the collaborative culture we enjoy here.
Our IT/MIS/Innovation team focuses on helping Tronex leverage the latest platforms to support our growth strategies, while ensuring seamless operations of our information systems companywide. They understand how to keep end users happy, and somehow make it all look easy in the process.
Orders — International Supply Chain:
This division is involved in the development and implementation of strategic buying plans and the management of supplier relationships. Other areas of responsibility include price negotiation, planning, production, inventory and accounting control, and quality assurance.
The Product Development team monitors all aspects of a product’s lifecycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing. They remain abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product’s competitive position. The team interfaces with project managers and clients to determine the product’s future direction. They are familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field and rely on both experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Our Marketing team develops innovative and approachable ways for businesses to embrace our products. Marketing professionals at Tronex are key participants in the management and positioning of Tronex brands, exploring opportunities, and both developing and executing annual marketing plans/budgets.
Sales — Business Development:
Our Sales team is the face of the Tronex business, providing a critical link between the company and our customers.
