Senior Accountant
Tronex is looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant responsible for accounting and financial functions including developing internal controls, process and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of business/operations accounting including A/R, A/P, Inventory, GL, charge-backs and rebates
• Prepare Month-End Close for company and subsidiaries
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements for subsidiaries
• Monitor company procedures and establish new ones as business changes

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• 7+  years related accounting experience required
• 4 year accounting degree required
• Strong knowledge of general ledger and accounting principles
• Strong knowledge of computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Ability to think proactively and make suggestions for process improvements
• Must be analytical
• Must be motivated and willing to take initiative when needed
